K-1 Fiance Visa Package

Fantastic! You have met the person of your dreams and it's time to get married in the United States. Your fiance needs a visa to come to the U.S. for the big day.

Among other requirements, to qualify for a K-1 visa, you must have met your fiance in person at least once in the past two years. You must both sign sworn affidavits stating you intend to marry within 90 days of the fiance's arrival in the United States. Your fiance should not have a criminal history, and the U.S. Sponsor will need to provide an Affidavit of Support which is the citizen's financial guarantee that the fiance will not become a public charge.

Please note that only U.S. Citizens can sponsor fiances. This is not an option for green card holders.

Our K-1 visa package includes the following:

  • Thorough screening of both parties for potential issues that could delay or stop the processing of a fiance visa

  • Preparation of the initial forms and required evidence

  • Assistance formatting and editing affidavits from friends and family attesting to the good faith nature of your relationship

Marriage-Based Green Card Package

Congratulations! You are interested in obtaining a green card for your spouse. If you have been married for less than 2-years, a successful petition will result in a 2-year green card. If you have been married for more than two years, a ten-year green card will be issued to your spouse upon successful completion of the process.

Among other requirements, to qualify for a marriage-based green card, your spouse should not have a criminal history, and the U.S. Sponsor will need to provide an Affidavit of Support which is the citizen's financial guarantee that the fiance will not become a public charge.

If your spouse is currently in the United States but entered with a visa originally, he or she may be eligible for Adjustment of Status (remaining in the U.S. and interviewing at a local USCIS field office). If your spouse entered the U.S. undocumented, he or she will need to return to their home country for their interview. A 601-A waiver of inadmissibility will be required before leaving the country.

In the event that your spouse is in the U.S. on a B1/B2 tourist visa, it is important that you NOT file for a green card. It is not permissible to enter the country on a tourist visa with the intent to marry a citizen and apply for a green card. Please call us for a consultation if that is your situation.

Our Marriage-Based Green Card package includes the following:

  • Thorough screening of both parties for potential issues that could delay or stop the processing of a marriage-based green card

  • Preparation of the initial forms and required evidence

  • Assistance formatting and editing affidavits from friends and family attesting to the good faith nature of your relationship

  • Translation into English of any required original documents that are in a foreign language

  • If the spouse is overseas, preparation and preparation of required evidence for the second stage of the process with the National Visa Center and consulate where the interview will be held

  • Coaching for the interview in person or via Skype, Facetime, or WhatsApp

  • 24-7 Support

  • Timely replies to any Requests for Additional Evidence

  • Case tracking and immediate updates as your case progresses

Prices for marriage-based green cards start at $6,000*

*Does not include USICS and Department of State filing and processing fees; does not include any required waivers.
